Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handling Complex Issues: Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team, providing a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary administrative work as needed, including accurate call logs and other projects assigned by your supervisor.
  • Research and Problem-Solving: Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers, utilizing strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the research team to resolve issues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Problem-Solving and Multitasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high call volumes and complex issues with ease.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or live chat environment.
