Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry professional, you'll be responsible for:

• Analyzing documents to extract relevant data and inputting it into our FACIS database with precision and accuracy.
• Conducting additional research as necessary to ensure the accuracy of data, including contacting data authorities for guidance on document interpretation.
• Communicating clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation, articulating data transformation processes with ease.
• Taking on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks when necessary, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
• Working independently with limited oversight, utilizing provided resources to answer questions before seeking assistance.
• Meeting quality and efficiency benchmarks, completing items within the Data Entry queue with precision and speed.
• Collaborating with the team to provide on-time results, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines with ease.

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A willingness to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products.
• Strong critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Health care industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in data entry and comparison is also a plus, but not required.
