About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Bilingual Customer Service Associate, working on the night shift from 3:30 PM to 12:30 PM EST. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to a wide range of customers, responding to general inquiries, product-related issues, and account questions via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and escalations related to arenaflex products and services
  • Prioritize work queues and backlogs, managing multiple cases per day via phone, chat, and email channels
  • Complete help tickets for issues that require technical support or development team assistance
  • Take ownership of customer requests from initial contact to final resolution, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Model and champion arenaflex's cultural principles, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a contact center environment
  • Demonstrated ability to increase productivity through daily task completion, personal development, and guided trainings
  • Experience in a high-paced environment handling escalated customers and following up on customer requests in a timely manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to deliver a positive customer experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of customers
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Hubspot, ServiceCloud)
  • Proficient with macOS and both Apple and Android mobile devices for app usage
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to actively listen and ask follow-up questions to drive customer success
  • Ability to verbally guide customers to solutions in both app and web-based applications
  • Experience supporting service requests in billing, RMA, cancellations, and renewals
  • Experience supporting telematics systems, ELDs, and hours of service compliance is a plus
