Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team, working remotely to manage and interact directly with clients, while also overseeing the content developed for their social channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving as the primary strategic liaison and day-to-day contact for executives, identifying expansion opportunities, ensuring renewals, and advocating for customers. You will also be responsible for coordinating customer meetings, aligning with customers through Content Strategy Workshops, and conducting Strategic Business Reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic liaison and day-to-day contact for executives, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Oversee the onboarding of new accounts to ensure successful launch and continual engagement
  • Coordinate customer meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis, aligning with customers through Content Strategy Workshops and conducting Strategic Business Reviews
  • Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyzing performance metrics, and providing updates on industry trends and impact on business success
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input and feedback into core product, marketing, and sales processes
  • Continually reinforce value and deliver successful outcomes throughout the entire customer journey
  • Own and manage the health of the customer relationship using established metrics and KPIs
  • Strive to create and maintain a strong customer relationship built on communication, transparency, and trust

Technical Acumen and Product Knowledge

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a working knowledge of social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn, the role of executive thought leadership in that ecosystem, and best practices for growing an audience and supporting varied goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert to clients, ensuring that they get the most value from our platform. You will also educate clients on best practices related to social media and usage of our technology, with the ability to communicate changes and value.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to communicate proficiently and build and nurture client relationships, with experience in a client-facing role at a SaaS company, agency, or technology company
  • Experience with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Understanding of social media analytics and paid media is a plus
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment, with reliable deadlines, proactivity, and projects
  • Project management experience, cross-departmental working relationships, and exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in a customer success role, with a focus on digital influencer growth and social media management
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms
  • Experience with content creation and management, including blog posts, tweets, and other forms of social media content
  • Familiarity with SaaS technology and experience working with cross-functional teams

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
