Job Summary

As a Remote Freight Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex's cargo operations, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through direct communication and phone support. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through direct communication and phone support, ensuring timely and secure cargo transportation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Process and manage cargo bookings, shipments, and documentation, adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to handle complex customer situations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or communications.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the airline or logistics industry.
