Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, and excursions for families, couples, singles, businesses, and more
  • Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
  • Plan and arrange event packages tailored to individual client requirements
  • Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, and honeymoons
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed customer expectations

Essential Qualifications:
