Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, emails, and chats with entrepreneurs and executives, understanding their needs, and suggesting the right arenaflex products and services.
• Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the features, benefits, and different components of arenaflex's offerings.
• Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals.
• Provide remarkable client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized customer service environment.
• Archive essential record data according to established procedures and protocols.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least two years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in a customer service and sales environment, with a minimum of two years of experience.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, with the capacity to multitask and navigate an online platform.
