Responsibilities and Duties
As an Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Assisting in processing weekly sales and related clerical duties
- Sending out welcome packages and other client communications
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Providing exceptional client service and support
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed
Key Responsibilities:
* Process weekly sales and related clerical duties with accuracy and efficiency
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide exceptional client service and support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Essential Qualifications:
* 1 year of office experience, preferably in a sales or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
