Responsibilities and Duties

As an Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Assisting in processing weekly sales and related clerical duties
  • Sending out welcome packages and other client communications
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Providing exceptional client service and support
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Performing other administrative tasks as needed

Key Responsibilities:

* Process weekly sales and related clerical duties with accuracy and efficiency

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional client service and support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of office experience, preferably in a sales or administrative role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a mortgage or financial services industry

  • Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Certification in Microsoft Office or other relevant software applications
