Job Overview

As a Part Time Customer Service and Lot Attendant Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their moving needs, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and utilizing our state-of-the-art technology to manage rentals and inventory. You will be an integral part of our team, working together to provide an exceptional customer experience and driving business growth through your outstanding service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers inside and outside the arenaflex center with products and services, providing timely and effective solutions to their moving needs
  • Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions
  • Move and hook up trucks and trailers, demonstrating a commitment to safety and attention to detail
  • Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels and performing routine maintenance tasks
  • Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services, providing expert knowledge and guidance to support their moving needs
  • Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring, demonstrating technical expertise and a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Fill propane and drive a forklift, with certification offered through arenaflex upon employment
  • Participate in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and availability to work part-time, including weekends and holidays. You should also be flexible and able to adapt to inside and outside duties, including sanitizing trucks and equipment. Basic computer knowledge is essential, and you should be comfortable using technology to manage rentals and inventory.
