About the Role

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to type 40 words per minute or more. You should be comfortable working on a computer for extended hours and have excellent active listening skills, with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
