About the Role

As a Customer Service Phone Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with an exceptional experience through your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, identifying and resolving customer needs, and providing information about our products and services. You will also make outbound appointment setting calls, maintain accurate database records, and manage our SMS texting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for our customers
  • Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve customer needs, and provide information with excellent customer service
  • Make outbound appointment setting calls from already generated inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and useful database records
  • Manage and monitor our SMS texting platform, delivering the same exceptional customer service as taking calls
  • Perform basic account maintenance activities, such as answering questions about product details, company information, and account issues

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to type 40 words per minute or more. You should be comfortable working on a computer for extended hours and have excellent active listening skills, with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections. A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced business environment are also essential.

  • Previous call center experience
  • Previous telesales experience
  • Fitness industry experience
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
