Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately enter data and identify errors
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
