Key Responsibilities

  • Answering customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries and concerns
  • Providing customers with information on our service standards and offerings
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring efficient issue resolution
  • Following up on complicated customer calls, providing personalized support and solutions
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed call notes, call reports, and CRM updates
  • Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively
  • Recording customer interactions, comments, and actions taken, ensuring seamless issue resolution

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
