Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing a world-class customer experience, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for patients and customers

  • Register sales on designated sales register, process transactions, and handle returns, exchanges, and voids
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stockrooms
  • Develop and maintain displays, including seasonal, promotional, and special displays
  • Assist with the separation of food items, including raw and pre-cooked meats, and maintain stock levels using the first-in, first-out technique
  • Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital photo services, banner printing, and sales of special photo items
  • Take on web pick-up responsibilities, including processing orders and delivering them to customers
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by maintaining a positive and respectful attitude, adhering to company policies and procedures, and collaborating with colleagues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably with arenaflex

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
