Position Overview

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. You'll engage with customers in real-time via live chat, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. From resolving inquiries to offering product recommendations, you'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional customer service skills will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers in real-time via live chat, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers in navigating our platforms to enhance their user experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved matters to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our products/services based on customer feedback.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications
