Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of patient data, prescriptions, and other healthcare-related information. You'll work closely with our healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care and services while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities
* Provides exceptional patient care and services while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality
- Accurately and efficiently processes patient data, prescriptions, and other healthcare-related information
- Works closely with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans
- Conducts thorough reviews of patient data to identify potential errors or discrepancies
- Develops and implements processes to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to patient data management
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex standards
- Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, health information management)
- Current licensure as a registered pharmacist or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
- Experience performing data entry tasks in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and other healthcare software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, health information management)
- Experience working in a retail pharmacy setting
