Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service.
• Entering information in a handheld device to facilitate smooth operations.
• Processing rentals of loyalty customers and assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our cars at return.
• Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Participating in on-the-job training to develop your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
• Effective verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
• Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus. If you have a background in customer service, you'll be well-equipped to excel in this role.
