What You'll Do

As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional - Small Business Sales, you'll be the face and voice of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Service inbound calls: Engage and consult with small business owners and decision-makers, learning about their needs and recommending the right arenaflex products.
  • Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge: Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and other elements of arenaflex Small Business Services to customers.
  • Improve key selling skills: Continuously develop your skills in building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales.
  • Provide extraordinary customer care: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment.
  • Document necessary account information: Adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer service experience: A minimum of two years of experience in customer service, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proven success in customer service and sales: A track record of success in a customer service and sales environment, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • Ability to work in a web-based environment: Proficient in navigating web-based systems and tools.
  • Experience owning or working in a small business: A plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent: Required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Salary Range

The expected hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 to $21.65, plus bonus and benefits. Your salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
