Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams to provide best-in-class support to our clients' customers through live chat. You'll be responsible for answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts on their website or social media accounts. This is a fully remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner - Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about products or services - Offer sales links and discounts to customers as needed - Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Utilize tools such as Facebook Messenger to engage with customers and provide support - Work closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing) preferred - Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner - Basic English writing skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer inquiries - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box - Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and tools

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field (e.g., sales, marketing) - Familiarity with live chat software and tools (e.g., Facebook Messenger) - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
