Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Representative and Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring that client expectations are exceeded and their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Managing dispatch calls, maximizing time and mileage, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Data entry of client information, payments, and confidential information, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborating with technicians and clients to resolve issues and provide updates on job status.
  • Maintaining a high level of organization and productivity, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry developments to provide informed and effective support to clients.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) language proficiency (written and verbal).

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the roofing industry or a related field.

  • Familiarity with dispatch software and systems.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
