Job Summary

We're seeking 20 highly skilled Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our members and providers through inbound calls, data input, and professional communication. Responsibilities

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls from members and providers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Inputting data accurately and efficiently to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Providing high-level customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity, handling 75+ calls per day
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Maintaining a distraction-free workspace, adhering to arenaflex's remote work policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, with a preference for healthcare call center experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm EST (40-hour work week)
  • Ability to start on December 7th
