Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming calls from patients, families, and medical professionals
  • Gather information and relay it to our team of clinicians
  • Provide exceptional customer care and support to patients and families
  • Remain composed and professional when handling difficult or emotional calls
  • Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our team of clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Essential Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum 25 words per minute)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Availability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time and a half)
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (not shared)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a telehealth or healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
