Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing consultative skills to understand each customer's individualized needs and provide tailored solutions
• Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
• Manage the production queue and output, ensuring timely and efficient completion of customer orders
• Coordinate activities in the Store, including managing complex projects, retail supply, and completing assigned tasks based on priority
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience
• Participate in the training and development of new team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure a high level of customer service

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess a high school diploma or equivalent education, as well as a minimum of 6 months of specialized experience in a customer-facing environment. You will also demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members.
