Job Summary

The Customer Solutions Specialist role at arenaflex is an action-oriented position that requires flexible problem-solving skills to assist customers using a variety of software tools. As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will navigate customer accounts, research questions, problem-solve, and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. Your primary goal will be to provide friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers through phone, live chat, and email, ensuring an excellent customer experience, enhanced customer loyalty, and increased business sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn about arenaflex, including our history, products, and services, as well as the foodservice industry and our internal systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email, ensuring timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries
  • Ensure customers have the most up-to-date information about their orders and partner with other departments to support both the customer and the company
  • Analyze customer situations, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions within our business model
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all correspondence, both within and outside the company, and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Be flexible and adapt to change as we continue to grow as a company, taking initiative and using strategic thinking to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the online food service industry

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A desire to learn and grow, with an internal drive to succeed
  • Ability to work on a team and independently, with a concern for helping others and doing the right thing by them
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with innovation and the ability to challenge the status quo
  • A college education is preferred but not required, and at least 1 year of customer-facing experience is preferred but not required
  • Cable or fiber internet connections are preferred, with consistent 75mbps download/10mbps upload internet speeds required
  • A quiet and distraction-free work area, with access to a home router and modem
  • Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows system/internet navigation required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with conversational fluency in English required
  • Proficient typing abilities and the ability to work a training schedule of 9:30 AM – 6 PM ET or local time zone equivalent, Monday through Friday, during the 60-day onboarding period
  • The ability to work 11:30 AM – 8 PM ET or local time zone equivalent, Monday through Friday, after the 60-day onboarding period

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of the foodservice industry, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
