Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative is an entry-level position responsible for providing assistance to branch employees, enabling a positive customer service experience, and executing day-to-day banking activities in coordination with the Customer Service function. The overall objective is to promote high-quality customer service to arenaflex clients and achieve client satisfaction by delivering optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate branch resources, such as financial documents and securities in national and foreign currency
- Assist Tellers with day-to-day banking activities to ensure processes are completed in an accurate and efficient manner
- Control and manage cash, valuated forms, and means of access
- Supervise and ensure that proper banking protocols are completed
- Reconcile teller transactions against branch accounting
- Perform banking administrative tasks and follow-ups, as needed for the branch
- Assist with the opening and management of customer accounts
- Support window operations and funnel overflow to other channels
- Fulfill clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Knowledge of regulations and operational processes of branch
- Microsoft Office experience
- Banking accounting or basic accounting experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
