  • Perform data validation and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members via email and other communication channels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, while continuously improving skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 16 years of age or older
  • Have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop
  • Be proficient in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Have a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute, with high levels of accuracy
  • Be able to focus on tasks without distraction, while maintaining high levels of productivity
  • Be a resident of the US, with excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Be comfortable communicating with clients via email and other communication channels

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in data entry, typing, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
