Job Responsibilities: Providing Exceptional Patient Support and Account Management

As a Patient Account Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and making phone calls to patients, insurance companies, and hospital departments to resolve account-related inquiries and concerns
  • Updating and documenting financial data to ensure accurate reimbursement and account management
