Compensation and Benefits As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package that includes: * Starting rate of $15.00 per hour: You'll earn a competitive hourly rate that reflects your skills and experience. * Automatic increases in pay: You'll receive automatic pay increases every 6 months for 2 years, ensuring that your compensation keeps pace with your growth and development. * Pay for Performance incentive: You'll be eligible for a monthly Pay for Performance incentive, which recognizes your contributions to the company and rewards your hard work and dedication. System Requirements As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. Here are a few things you'll need to consider: * Self-provided computer or laptop: You'll need to provide your own computer or laptop, which should be running a Microsoft Operating System and not older than 3 years. * Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications: You'll need to use a headset that meets arenaflex's specifications to ensure that you can communicate clearly and effectively with our customers. * High-speed internet connection: You'll need to have a high-speed internet connection to ensure that you can access our systems and communicate with our customers. Training Schedule As a new hire, you'll begin with a paid training period where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin orientation and training on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Your training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
