The WW Customer Trust Training – LXD Team
We are a team of passionate learning professionals who are dedicated to creating great learning experiences for associates and investigators. Our primary responsibility is to design and develop learning programs that support new hire, upskill, and other trainings, providing our employees with the resources they need to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and Developing Learning Experiences: Create engaging e-learning content for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools.
- Curriculum Maintenance and Review: Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure our learning experiences are always up-to-date and relevant.
- Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and growth.
- Consulting with Customers: Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem, ensuring our learning experiences meet their needs.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials.
- Program Management: Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
- Data-Driven Insights: Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams; Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training content.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- 3+ years of change management experience
