Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal
  • Interfacing with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported
  • Working with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
  • Using Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Preferred Experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill solutions from many sources of information
  • Experience working in a customer service role
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-centric approach to problem-solving

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $40k - $50k, depending on experience.
