Life as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling inbound customer calls with poise, professionalism, and a personal touch. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace. Here's a glimpse into what a typical day might look like:

  • Handling a high volume of customer inquiries with ease and efficiency
  • Personalizing the experience for each caller, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences

  • Reporting to an assigned supervisor, with regular check-ins and feedback to ensure you're meeting your goals and exceeding expectations
  • Working a set schedule and structured day, with flexibility to adjust as needed
  • Bilingual Specialist opportunities for those fluent in Spanish and English, with the chance to work with a diverse range of customers and colleagues

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years
  • A Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members, recognizing your hard work and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences

System Requirements

As a remote worker, you'll need to meet certain system requirements to ensure a seamless and secure experience for our customers. These include:

  • A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
  • A high-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace, free from distractions and interruptions

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where you'll learn the ins and outs of our systems, processes, and culture. This includes:

  • A Tech Set Up day on your first Thursday, where you'll connect with our team and set up your equipment
  • A six-week training program, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET, where you'll learn the skills and knowledge you need to succeed
  • Regular check-ins and feedback with your supervisor, to ensure you're meeting your goals and exceeding expectations
