A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Specialist II

As a Customer Care Specialist II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer service inquiries and issues: You'll work closely with customers to understand their concerns and provide timely and effective solutions to resolve their issues.
  • Providing critical service and product information: You'll be the go-to expert for our customers, providing them with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
  • Processing orders and entering data into our order entry system: You'll be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and entering data into our system to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Tracking customer packages: You'll work closely with our logistics team to track customer packages and ensure timely delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned: You'll be a flexible and adaptable team member, willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the success of our team.

What We're Looking For

To succeed as a Customer Care Specialist II, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues: You'll have a basic understanding of computer systems and be able to troubleshoot issues with minimal assistance.
  • Ability to work a set schedule: You'll be able to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate.
  • Flexibility during peak times: You'll be able to adapt to changing business needs and work flexible hours during peak periods.
  • Quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace: You'll have a dedicated workspace that's free from distractions and interruptions.
  • Ability to work your entire shift using a computer: You'll be able to work your entire shift using a computer, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership.
  • Wired, high-speed Internet, Modem or Router w/ Ethernet Port: You'll have a reliable and fast internet connection, with a wired Ethernet connection to ensure seamless communication.
