Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, whether it's support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers
  • Working independently to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure efficient and effective customer support
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Contract and Compensation

* Contract length: No fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Hours per week: 10+ hours per week
  • Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connectivity
  • 10+ hours availability per week
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online
  • Familiarity with live chat software and social media platforms
  • Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
