Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients and customers. You will interact with hundreds of customers each week, resolving support issues, selling new products and services, and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive. Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and cross-sell products and services
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our offerings and benefits
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with the managerial team, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure first-call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for follow-up calls and ensuring customer satisfaction

Candidate Qualifications

We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and sales support. Ideal candidates for this position are highly organized, with excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to type swiftly and accurately. You should also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a basic understanding of Windows operating system.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
