Key Responsibilities
As a Director of Operations Process, you'll be responsible for:
- Partnering with cross-functional teams across arenaflex to ensure operational areas are considered in project plans, driving seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Coordinating the responsibilities of Operations Managers and Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborating with the Operations Strategy Team to develop, staff, pilot, and implement process improvements within our stores, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing the overall project workflow and roll-out schedule in regard to operational area, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Measuring the impact of changes and new projects on operational area, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous process refinement.
- Staying up-to-date on operational area of expertise to meet requests for improvement and practice continuous process improvement.
- Partnering with Field Implementation Managers to establish project metrics and tollgates in relation to operational expertise, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Utilizing expertise in strategic thinking and process design to drive successful improvements in operational area, working toward quick implementation and quick return on investment.
- Evaluating needs of multiple project requests and impact on operational area, aggregating data gathered by Operations Analysts, and ensuring needs of projects are met.
- Selecting, developing, and motivating assigned staff, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
Direct Manager/Direct Reports
As a Director of Operations Process, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team of 5 professionals and 14 support associates, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to drive individual and team success.
Travel Requirements
As a remote Director of Operations Process, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional overnight travel required (less than 10% of the time).
Physical Requirements
This role requires a comfortable working environment, with frequent opportunities to move about and occasional need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions
You'll work in a dynamic environment with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from dust, fumes, or odors. You'll also be under regular pressure to meet deadlines, quotas, and/or deal with difficult issues related to people or situations.
Minimum Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA Degree preferred.
- 4 years of management experience at arenaflex preferred.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
