Overview & Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for supporting our Customer Service (Ticket & Gate) team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding and assisting them with the ticketing and baggage check-in process. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer feels valued and supported throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

* Use a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets, ensuring seamless transactions and excellent customer service.

  • Manage the check-in process, verifying that customers have the necessary documentation for travel and providing clear instructions and support.
  • Tag baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts, as well as handling items at floor and waist level.
  • Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others.
  • As a Gate Agent, assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding, using computers to provide accurate information on seat availability, flight status, and baggage handling.
  • Operate jet ways to position them for aircraft arrival and perform tasks such as lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
  • Continuously demonstrate a commitment to safety and security, adhering to arenaflex's strict safety protocols.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

* High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security, both for yourself and others.
  • Embraces a diverse range of people, thinking, and styles.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 80 pounds.
  • Authorized to live and work in the country you are applying to.
  • Entry-level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
  • Willingness to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and oral.
