Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Support Agent – Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through live chat, ensuring timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries
- Mastering the handling of multiple accounts, including managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to supervisors when necessary

What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop)
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

- Availability for 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
