Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your insights into our organization's work model and cross-functional connections to address and resolve concerns related to labor force activities from our store and HR partners in the field. As a Senior Analyst, you will adopt a proactive approach to developing reporting and identifying potential opportunities to drive scheduling performance in our stores. Your expertise in data gathering, analysis, and problem-solving will be essential in researching and resolving field requests, as well as providing recommendations on how to improve our processes and communications to the stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead task groups of experts and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
• Perform data gathering tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and process planning
• Develop and implement solutions to improve labor force activities and scheduling performance
• Produce reports for teams and leadership to review and utilize
• Deliver presentations to teams, executive leaders, and stakeholders
• Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and customer (internal) knowledge
• Direct and lead cross-functional teams, including assigning and assessing work, training, and contributing to performance evaluations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job, as well as a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Store insight and/or ASDS experience is highly preferred. You should also have excellent quantitative skills, including statistics and data analysis, as well as strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
