Job Summary
As an arenaflex Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, building trust and rapport with customers
- Utilize your gaming expertise to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* Must live within the state of Iowa
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (communications, marketing, etc.)
- Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM software and online chat platforms
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Skills and Competencies
