As a remote customer support representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clients to resolve customer inquiries and provide support via live chat on their Facebook accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Log into clients' Facebook accounts to address customer inquiries about products, prices, and policies

  • Provide support such as issuing discount codes and resolving customer complaints
  • Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure accurate and efficient support
  • Work independently to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications:

* 10+ hours availability per week to work as a remote customer support representative

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer support or a related field

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook and its features
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues
