Experienced Facebook Chat Assistant – Remote Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:
* Log into clients' Facebook accounts to address customer inquiries about products, prices, and policies
- Provide support such as issuing discount codes and resolving customer complaints
- Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure accurate and efficient support
- Work independently to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Collaborate with the arenaflex team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications:
* 10+ hours availability per week to work as a remote customer support representative
- Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer support or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook and its features
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues
