Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and action-oriented Customer Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, your primary objectives will be to:

  • Learn about arenaflex, our history, products, and services, as well as the foodservice industry and our internal systems
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers through phone, live chat, and email, with the goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving business sales
  • Ensure customers have the most up-to-date information about their orders and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with other departments to support customers and drive business growth
  • Use best practices to analyze customer situations, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions within our business model
  • Foster a team-oriented environment by maintaining a positive, professional attitude in all correspondence, both within and outside the company
  • Be flexible and adapt to change as we continue to grow and evolve as a company
  • Take initiative and use strategic thinking to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the online food service industry

Essential Qualifications

  • Desire to learn and grow, with a strong internal drive to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Concern for helping others and doing the right thing, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on innovation and challenging the status quo
  • College education preferred, but not required
  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred, but not required

Technical Requirements

  • Cable or fiber internet connections preferred, with consistent 75mbps download/10mbps upload internet speeds required
  • Quiet and distraction-free work area, with access to a home router and modem
  • Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows system/internet navigation required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with conversational fluency in English required
  • Proficient typing abilities, with the ability to work at a computer for extended periods

Physical Demands

The Customer Solutions Specialist role requires:

  • Working while sitting and/or standing for at least 8 hours each day
  • Effective communication using speech, vision, and hearing
  • Regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations while using a personal computer
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, with minimal breaks

Remote Work Qualifications

To be considered for this remote opportunity, you must:

  • Have access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection, with cable or fiber internet connections preferred
  • Have a dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free, with a strong wireless connection or wired Ethernet connection

  • Be eligible to work in the United States, with H-1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available, W2 only
