• What You'll Do*

• *Underwrite FHA, VA, and Conventional loans* with precision and speed.

• *Review credit, income, assets, and full documentation* for accuracy.
• *Collaborate with internal teams* to finalize approvals and resolve conditions.
• *Manage volume efficiently:* 2-3 initial files and 6-8 final approvals daily.
• *Ensure compliance* with investor and agency standards (FHA, HUD, VA, IRRRL, SAR, TrumsID).
• What You Bring*

• *Experience:* 3+ years of mortgage underwriting (FHA preferred).

• *Certifications:* DE or SAR required.
• *Technical Skills:* Familiarity with automated underwriting systems; Encompass and Excel preferred.
• *Knowledge:* FHA, VA, and Conventional guidelines; CHUMS, LAPP, SAR designations a plus.
• *Detail-Oriented:* Strong communication and documentation review skills.
