Product Management Principal

With limited supervision, this role will lead the Vertical Marketing strategy and commercial execution in support of Aerospace, Department of Defense and AI/Data Centers customer segments. Individual will own and develop product/portfolio strategy, roadmap and execution of global initiatives to drive commercial growth. This role will include working with global teams, including sales and customers with direct revenue accountability metrics. Essential Functions

• Developing and executing strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and timelines
• Fact base, gap analysis, and recommendation development to solve customer problems and drive immediate results
• Highly complex project management across global teams and business units
• Cross functional team leadership across global teams and business units
• Project and timeline issue resolution to ensure project and results achieve stated outcomes and objectives
• Opportunity and issue identification that help meet or exceed state goals
• Expert-level marketing analysis including computer-generated modeling to help facilitate meaning discussion and faster results
• Budget and forecasting modeling in alignment with project goals and objectives
• Internal and external industry research to ensure project scope will meet customer requirements
• Direct engagement with global teams, sales, operations and engineering
• Development and delivery of executive leadership presentation content and material
• Direct revenue and key metric performance metrics results

Minimum Education Master’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field. Minimum Experience Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis. Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills. Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills. Strong project management and project management leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications: •Deep understanding of Aerospace, Department of Defense ecosystem, and or AI Datacenters •Sales, engineering and / or marketing experience in these areas is a plus •Global strategy & business case development •Global level project coordination, leadership and management •Opportunity assessment, gap analysis, strategic recommendations •Executive presentation development and leadership •Pipeline and lead generation •Financial modeling and assessments Pay Transparency: The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location or locations.
