  • Autonomously drive alignment across multiple senior leaders and influence cross-functional and global teams to support new and current supplier & diversity programs.
  • Ensure alignment of proposed programs and projects with the business unit, functional area and/or company goals and strategies and communicate to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive communications to broaden impact (e.g. newsletters, trainings, event engagement).
  • Analyze market and program data to drive program development.
  • Identify and engage suppliers for sourcing opportunities.
  • Lead and manage partnerships with non-governmental organizations.
  • Support development and refinement of program standards, processes, and systems documentation to ensure compliance with business standards, and recommend improvements.
  • We’d Love To Hear From People With
  • 8 years application of industry-based (sourcing and/or supplier diversity) project management methodologies and tools.
  • 8 years managing complex large-scale business projects.
  • 8 years building and mentoring teams. 6 yrs Mentoring other project managers in program and project management.
  • 8 years General business experience in large, matrixed organizations.
  • 4 year degree preferred

  • The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
