Reporting directly to the Controller, you will partner with our senior leadership, tax specialists, and product managers to translate raw data into actionable insight that drives profitability and strategic decision‑making. Your work will directly impact cash‑flow forecasting, budgeting cycles, and the financial health of a company that prides itself on transparency and agility. --- Key Responsibilities -Maintain and reconcile the general ledger

in

QuickBooks Online

and

NetSuite

, delivering month‑end close reports within a 5‑day window. -

Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax filingsfor the corporation and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with both federal and New Mexico tax codes. -Produce weekly cash‑flow statements

and variance analyses using

, presenting findings to the CFO and senior leadership in a 30‑minute virtual meeting. -

Manage accounts payable and receivable

cycles, overseeing vendor onboarding through
