Experienced Customer Growth Representative – Beverage Sales and Marketing

Position Responsibilities

As a Customer Growth Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Selling and executing promotions to grow sales and increase brand visibility
• Securing placement of equipment and using point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales growth
• Transporting and replacing POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure our products are always visible and appealing to customers
• Restocking and building displays, sections, and racks, keeping them aligned and well-organized with labels facing outward
• Rotating products to ensure a first-in-first-out stocking system within retail accounts
• Maintaining backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day
• Supporting the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned by management

Required Education and Experience

* High school diploma or General Education Degree

• 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience
• Reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law

Preferred Education and Experience

* Bachelor's Degree

Shift and Overtime

This role requires a full-time commitment, with a 4am start time, Monday-Friday. Overtime may be required as needed.
