Experienced Chat Support Associate – Veterinary Professionals Community Engagement

Job Summary:

We're seeking an exceptional Chat Support Associate to join our vibrant community of veterinary professionals. As a proactive self-starter, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, team environment, leveraging your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to provide top-notch support to our users. Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide an excellent experience on our platform.

  • Collaborate with the Support Team to ensure a positive and delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging the platform for their supply ordering needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues and work cross-functionally to help evolve our platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our Vetcove platform and its features to provide expert support to our users.
  • Utilize your excellent written and verbal communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to enhance the overall user experience.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, preferably in a tech or start-up environment.

  • 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, or Computer Science).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in chat support or a related customer-facing role is strongly preferred.
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong desire to help our customers succeed.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude, with a one-for-all team mentality.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with intercom or other chat platforms.

  • Tech or start-up work experience, although not required.
  • Familiarity with veterinary professionals or the veterinary industry is a plus.
