Responsibilities

As an Experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service and Sales Support, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading everyday video and telephone calls with clients to encourage solid connections, address their necessities, and sign them up for new services.
  • Recording client information and after-call notes in our internal systems for precise record keeping and follow-up.
  • Using inner programming to make customized deals for clients, guaranteeing clarity and consistency.
  • Collaborating with members of your internal team to discuss new clients and update accounts you've previously signed.
