Key Responsibilities:

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
  • Conducting thorough telephone screenings to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Engaging in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of our customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the US
  • Willingness to consent to a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service role at a call center or similar environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Experience with sales or upselling/cross-selling techniques
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
