About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven social media sales representatives to join our team of Chat Assassins. As a Chat Assassin, you will be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential customers on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with the goal of selling coaching programs on behalf of our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Start new conversations with potential customers on social media platforms
• Follow up with leads and close sales

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an advanced or native level of English (C1-C2), a strong desire to work in sales, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. You will also need to have a fully working desktop or laptop, a smartphone, and a stable internet connection. Full-time availability is required, with a minimum of 8 hours per day and 2 hours on weekends.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a fixed payment plus opportunities to earn commissions and bonuses. Our compensation structure is as follows:

• Training stage: $150-$300
• After completing training, earnings will depend on hourly rate + commissions + bonuses, with average performance levels ranging from $600-$1,200 per month, good performance levels ranging from $1,200-$2,000 per month, and excellent performance levels ranging from $2,000-$3,000+ per month
• No limit on commissions
