Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems
• Collaborate with other Technology colleagues to provide advice or solutions within their area of expertise
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems and seek out and quickly capitalize on opportunities to achieve more or to improve
• Estimate effort and value for solutions
• Apply business solutions with broad-level knowledge of technology platforms/models
• Verify information and carefully review and validate the accuracy of own work using reliance identification processes in technology work
• Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing work with a sense of urgency
• Express ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of detail and abstraction on a regular and consistent basis
• Monitor program risks, issues, and scope, ensuring the proper level of priority, visibility, and escalation
• May perform other work duties as directed by Supervisor's Managers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have advanced knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement. You should also have high-level knowledge of technical environments and software development approaches. Additionally, you should be skilled in effective partnering, communication, and negotiation when working with different teams and external partners.
